Before joining DigiKey, Shane had a successful career in education, serving various roles such as teacher, coach, assistant principal, and principal at Lincoln High School in Thief River Falls. Under his leadership, the school underwent a $26 million renovation project and implemented a state-recognized college and career readiness program.
Shane holds a bachelor’s degree from Bemidji State University, a graduate degree from Minnesota State University – Mankato, and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
